RAISING TOMATOES IN NURSERY POTS

Tomato has the scientific name called Solanum Lycopersicum. It is an edible berry or fruit that is usually red when it is ripe and ready for consumption, it can also be used in making other things or cooking even when it is unripe. It has Vitamin, potassium, Vitamin B, Vitamin E, and some other nutrients. It is majorly consumed by humans and animals. It is usually used in cooking, like; soup, stew, jollof rice, and so on. In a case where humans want to consume food, it is needed as a supplement. It can be grown in nursery pots before it is transferred to the field for raising into an adult plant. Tomatoes have a lot of benefits on our society, humans, and also animals.

Potassium is a major mineral supplement to the body which helps to maintain the balancing of fluids in the body, nerve signals or signs, and Muscle contraction and relaxation.
